As the Mobile Legends Professional League Season 11 entered its penultimate day of action, two teams fought for their chance to enter the top three, with EVOS Legends and Rex Regum Qeon going head to head in the lower bracket. A series which is considered as the “El Clasico” of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, the Kings of Kings and the White Tigers were ready to lay it all on the line to reach the next round.

For those with a faint of heart, this series begun in a way which would make everyone struggle to catch their breath, as neither team were ready to allow the other to take an early advantage. A single fight was all it took for EVOS to claim the desirable lead, but as was expected, this series was far from over. Back and forth between these two teams was the name of the game, with Alberttt being the savour of RRQ on multiple occasions, before a final game would decide everything.

As last games stand, these two teams put on a show which we expect to see in the grand finals, as both teams seemed deserving of being in the top echelons – but unfortunately only one could move on into the lower bracket final. RRQ seemed to be in complete control, as they were in possession of all their turrets at the long past the 25-minute mark. Struggling to keep up, EVOS moved into the defensive stance, which was exactly the right move to bait RRQ in.

It took one fight around the Lord to prove that anything can happen when it comes to MLBB, as a miracle play from Tazz secured the objective, while RRQ’s mistake would haunt them forever. The push that came after secured what was already inevitable, as EVOS Legends knocked out RRQ from the MPL ID Season 11 playoffs – destroying a 2 year dynasty. EVOS will now await their next challenger in the lower bracket final, which will be decided later today.
