This is the third competitive player the organization has added this year.

The last year has been one full of tournament successes and roster expansion for Complexity Gaming. Although the team lost star player David “Dog” Caero to Liquid in October last year, coL found a new headliner in Jan “SuperJJ” Janssen, whose career skyrocketed after a breakout performance at SeatStory Cup IV.

In 2016, Complexity aimed to find suitable team-mates to the German juggernaut. In March, Simon “Crane” Raunholst was signed, and would go on to qualify for the EU Spring Championship and finish second at DreamHack Valencia in July. In August, Complexity added popular streamer Tugay “MrYagut” Evsan, further expanding their competitive roster.

coL’s latest acquisition is the up-and-coming Kevin “Casie” Eberlein. The German took part in the EU Spring Championship and reached the round of four where would-be runner-up Alex “INER” Bakumenko ended his run. Casie attempted to requalify for the Summer Championship but only reached halfway through the preliminary bracket before being dealt an eliminating loss at the hands of another Russian, Pavel “Pavel” Beltukov.

“I talk and practice a lot with Crane and Loyan, so coL made a lot of sense to me,” writes Casie in the official press release. According to said release, Casie is expected to wear the black-and-red of Complexity in the upcoming Deck Gauntlet 4.0 team league as a substitute and later at DreamHack 2016 in Jönköping, Sweden.
