I'm trying to get into ranked, because I prefer the format, and I like having a goal to work towards. The problem is, even at the lowest ranks, people still kick players for a single bad play. The amount of times where the match was almost over and I happen to be the last one of the team alive, die in front of everyone and get kicked out because of that is stupid. The stupidest thing, is how 9/10 it isn't even the top player who get's frustrated with the bad play, they normally are the ones to say "Don't kick them, they're doing fine", it's normally some tryhards that "for some reason" are on the beginner rank. If you want new players joining the community don't kick them for playing bad. If they just get kicked every match they are never going to learn, and you might as well tell them they're not going to have fun.
