It would be better if you asked this of your parents.

MSi Store on SM North EDSA sells SteelSeries products on an order basis. You can claim the product a day or two after paying a downpayment to them. Price doesn't differ much from other stores but you'll sure get a legit one.

All I can say is, don't fking use the cursor precision enhancement aka the acceleration. But combining and finding the perfect balance of the DPI of the mouse and the sensitivity should work. Almost all mice have some sort of software with them, if you don't have a CD for it or anything, just google your mouse and search for driver downloads.

He completely changed his post. Should have made a new topic or at least a new post.

There is no sensitivity option in War3 so you will have to find a mouse with the right dpi for you. Otherwise you can change your sensitivity in Dota 2. The surface you mouse on (preferably a good large pad) is also important.

Don't use any acceleration or cursor precision enhancement, max your mouse DPI and a low speed settings on windows.
Otherwise I suggest you should just play a bit with the settings.

What mouse are you using? If it's a generic mouse you can't have more than 350+ dpi I think. Use the control panel or adjust it in-game. Sooner or later you will get use to it. I used to stick with 1.1k dpi but after setting it to default I didn't noticed that it was calibrated to 1.8k and I got used to it just the same.

Generic mice are typically 400 dpi like 1.1 and 3.0, but some are 800 dpi.
