Vale of Eternal Blossoms lose auction houses, gain portals

To encourage people to travel to more cities, Blizzard has removed the auction houses in Vale of the Eternal Blossoms to instead dedicate the rooms in the captical cities to portals. The portals lead to each faction's cities plus to Dalaran and Shattrath.
