Mage Tier 13 Armor Set Spotlight

The fifth armor has been revealed - the Mage Tier set, the Timelord Regalia. The clockwork style, with cogs, fabrics and buckles give it a bit of an Engineering feel. Blizzard calls it "an intriguing "techno-mage" flavor."
