I've bought a new PC recently that has Windows 7 installed. So far I haven't confronted with an issue on w3 such as this one. It's as if some structures, units and other parts are "blinking", not all along, but from time to time. So if you have any advice how this could and might be solved, let me know. Thank you.

try changing your gameplay/video settings in w3 options. maybe lower your graphics and play around/experiment.
otherwise, im not really sure :(
