Notice for WC3 League Admins (2050 reads, 6 replies, 7 months ago)
Due to "Shutdown rule" which will be activated from November 20th in Korea to protect minors(under 18 years old), all Korean cannot play Classic Battle.net(SC1/WC3/Diablo2) - which cannot detect users age - during night(00:00~06:00).

Robert Bridenbecker from Blizzard confirmed it at BlizzCon.
'Blizzard have to shut down Server to follow law'
'Korean IP maybe blocked on Battle.net server (at night)'

so Korean WC3 player may not use battle.net based hostbot from next month.

Well, korean still plays from 06:00 - 00:00, that sounds enough for them to keep their hegemony in e-sports. :P

I know why it says that...it says u need folder only ECL\ and map or so but there are some chinese "words" or what and thats why the replays cannot work :-) That's why I ask if some1 from Chine/Korea can upload them in normal folder :-)
