What exactly is micro? Is it using your abilities that your units have in battle. Also is it better to focus fire or not in a battle?
EX: You have 3 headhunters and 3 grunts and an ne player has 3 archers and 3 huntresses. Should you have the hh's attack the hunters and the grunts attack the archers because they have advantages or focus fire each one at a time.

Thread title is "Question"...

and you should focus the hunts, because your Headhunters don't have that much range and hunts blocking your grunts + the headhunters do extra damage to the hunts :)

I didn't know if it a question just because I have saw that the creator wrote a sentence without a sign of question at it's end,and I too saw that he gives a right example so ok.

Micro is controlling your forces, basicly everything that moves. Do it to the best of its ability.

^ lol no. I was just politely responding to your comment in #1 and #3. There are 2 question marks in his post and the word "question" in the title which obviously didn't tip you off. No offense

well i must agree with eli_king... this thread is kinda stupid. First hes asking what is micro, and then hes telling what it is.

If i would have the situation with the 3-3 vs 3-3 units it would focus the archers first and than go back. I always focus units with lower hitpoints first and than the others. If you focus the huntress first he would just micro out the red ones and you're not even fast enough to finish them. So better be sure you kill units ;>

Perhaps you didn't notice his punctuation error at the end of
EX: You have 3 headhunters and 3 grunts and an ne player has 3 archers and 3 huntresses. Should you have the hh's attack the hunters and the grunts attack the archers because they have advantages or focus fire each one at a time.

^each one at a time?

#2 answered it already so just drop it, k?
