i play ne and im having trouble vs ud. its seems to be almoast impossible to push ud base! any tips vs this match up?
gargs arent the biggest consern i have. its fiends + destros. how can i keep pressure on ud after i have had a really good start and mid game? because it seems like ud can allways just sit in his base and make 80 population army.

here is what i make vs gargs: dh with orb and panda fast creep to lvl 3 and dryads and 2 bears, vs fiend statue i make dryad bear and go fast over 50 population. it seems that antimag can be dispelled with destros so coil/nova is really deadly for my heros and bears.

watch replays of NE vs UD. watch how they counter destro/fiend.

stack your heros with proper items. esp vs UD heros, always get invuln pots/health pots. staffs can save bears/heros. also you may want to expand, if you feel you cannot push him, creep and expand.

but as i first said. watch some replays. :)

Ye if UD is being a pussy (which in the most cases, he will be) and sit at his base, just expand and make sure HE doesnt expand.

I agree that ne vs ud mu is fking imbalanced. UD doesnt even have to micro to win this mu

whats seriously imba is, ne vs orc/ud on LT. jesus fucken orc just get mass wyv and u cant even stop it. bcuz u dont have a tav hero like naga or panda to aoe it. UD can easily expo and get abom,fiend,frost > Ne expo/army

From what I understand UD is a race which favors a passive macro-style. Doesn't that mean FE and harassment from NE?

#7 Yeah but keeping UD in his base , will only get you better heroes. Even if you slow him down that only means that he will camp longer.

Yes matchup ud vs ne is very imbalanced but there is way to count everything

I know u have probs with fiends/destroy/abos/wyrms/naga/dk/lich so there is also way to counter it with dh/panda/fast t3 bears/dry/2-3 hippos..make DH on lvl 2 or lvl 3 and harras ud try to creepjack him,try to make him fight vs u while he is still 50 pop make it fight very good for u cause you have like 60% to win 50 vs 50 after that battle( if u go out like a winner,dont let ur bears down) make expo and tis gg for sure

make 3rd hero pitlord=>ud must buy scroll of healing coz panda and pit is hard for spiders
buy as orbs to heroes
try to creep and be at 50 food all the time and make upgrades
make some bears 3-4 and driad + hipo
always invu pot to dh and pot of heal
teleport staff to panda(he will focus it so u can tp back to battle)

I mainly go fast expand, bear->dryad->archer->DH->Kotg. It always works for me O_O also, bring a great ammount of healing items. You'll need it later in the game. But i dunno... You COULD switch to Potm instead and go prio Potm->DH instead. That way you could also easily take out his towers :D
