Tactic and Strategy of MYM tactician???? (602 reads, 10 replies)
in many clan, like MYM, WE, SK, wnv, mtw, GG, etc. there must be a manager or a tactician that trains the players to be better....
so, can i know where they discuss the strategic plan like what hero they must use, number of units, when to upgrade, creeping, and countering enemies unit, controling unit, etc...
is there any forum or website that especially discussing about that?where can i find them?

I don't think they hire a tactician lol. They have a manager but he is not mainly for training the players but more to keep everything running.

The players in these clans are the best in the world so whats the point in hiring a random bloke to make up tactics when the players are already better then him?

I very much doubt that... Even though a person knows incredible much about warcraft, they will not be able to teach the pros on strats... There is no way a person, who has not been a topplayer, can learn the pros where to creep and stuff...

If a pro decides to make up a strat at one map against 1 race, i guess it takes over 10 hours for him (when i make a new strat, i use a couple of days thinking over it, and then i start practising it, and it takes 20-30 games before i can play it really well), to figure out what to do in various situations, timing and stuff. Then all the practise comes along.

U know, how to teach a person, that thinks 10 times as far as yourselv. Though I think, that when a pro wanna devolop a new strat, he might got some basis knowlegde from another, but the pro wanna think a lot more about creeping / heroes / options and stuff... he is just better, and sees more options and more of your opponents options

there is only one who can teach strategy in SK - it's Inso :-)

every player in a clan like this is a very good tactician:P. Players help eachother etc, they work as a team;)

yeah thats what i talk about, he is not better then other in SK now, but he can teach them a lot. It's perfect sample of a tactical manager :-)
