pushups ? bullshit go make some sport anything it doesn't matter if u are good or a total noob just do it, sport develop reflexes , quick thinking , make you keep yourself in shape , the only condition for this is that you have to take it seriously , not just sit around fuck up others time too :))

this plan is calculated by specialists or smt? Amount of push ups is increasing with 1,2,3 days in first weeks and then its falling - you have to make most of in first day. Why?

imo 40 push ups mornin and evening is enough, and if you feel go 50, 60 etc..

The thing is that if you don't know much about training programs and can't even make 10 push ups it's better to use a training program since you will only break you hands if you practise too much and don't rest enough =)

I failed in the W3D3 yesterday. Im going to keep two days break and then restart the week. I have althought improved a lot in the last couple of weeks.

92 here.. btw doing Push ups everyday isn't good for you. you need to let the muscle rest I promise if you do push ups non stop as most as you can do than rest atleast 2 full days you will improve alot more than doing it this program

just making pushups won`t help u that much after a while u need to make more exercices to really keep going and advance try this : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wHf9moSGbR4 but u may need to start with the 100 workout or 200 ^^

Don't forget to warm and stretch your body before and after doing these exercices or it will be painful.

Streching enhance metabolism, movement speed and accuracy.

I recommend you to follow Olivier Lafay's program, it's way better and you doesn't need any equipment.

what's the point of being able to do 100 push-ups ? your body would eventually "adjust" and you'll hardly stress those muscles at all (if you want them to grow/shape). I used to do 25-30 reps pretty slowly, once every 2 days. If it gets easy just put some weight (fill a backpack with some old magazines or something) or try different positions (like putting your legs on an elevated bench).

i know this training and can do it easily in 2-3 weeks max. Its pyramid training..thats the way u should do gymnastis for every part of your body
