Also, push ups tend to lose effectiveness after a while as the body strength increases, which is the general problem with body weight exercises. Handstand push ups or push ups with weight on your would be the next step.

As for weight loss, I've never had to try this, being the twig that I am, but HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is supposed to be an excellent cardio workout and a good way to lose weight, and doesn't take that much time. You'll feel like throwing up after each training session, but it burns them calories, it does.

And pushups on pictures are not "real" pushups. Hands must be in simetrical line with you shoudlers, then it will be hard, and it will be real pushups, this is too wide and too spread arms position.

30m run means 30 minutes of running, not 30meters of running ; p. HIIT is the best cardio training indeed but its very hard and you need to be in good condition to try it out.

2 arm pushups are easy. Doing them will make you good just in doing pushups. Try making 1 arm pushups and 1 leg squat, that's full body training. Thats good for max streanght. You can read more about it in "The Naked Warrior" book about str training without equipment. Doing 100 pushups won't influence your condition.

#32 it`s impossible for a man who can`t do 10 pushups in 2 hands to try making in one,100 pushups tonifiy u`r muscle and u gain a bit of strenght,and after that u can start training in 1 hand so if u are one of those ppl it will influence u`r condition + that this threads is about feeling better with u`r mind not about gaining muscles.Go to a gym if u want muscles :),if u wanna stay fit it`s enough the home exercices

lol thats crazy.. doing simply 30 pushups per day is enough.. and eventually if that gets easy, then put ur feet up on a bench and start doin them. 100 is more than enough man, really, and its really just to gain chest strength.

if u want a ripped body, then cardio is the thing you after, but plz remember, being ripped doesnt make you bruce lee rofl

hate people who do lots of cardio then act all tough, and they cant even lift a 5kg dumbbell lol

i find it very stupid to work out u`r body just to show off really,if i`d work it would be so i can feel better,so i`m happy with miself not to show off ofcourse u`l get showing off anyway but not like that if u understand what i mean,and btw another thing is that any workout u do helps really atleast u keep u`rself healthy and pump the blood a little than just staying ^^

doing your pushups on your fists is rly hard, not only a longer way to go up, but it also trains your fists. In the beginning your fists will hurt alot, but nowadays I can do 20pushups on fists without it even hurting at all anymore o,o
I will try this thing and start tomorrow ^

as I read on the page it works to take the weight from your wrists, yea.
and after doing it on hard ground (not towel or w/e as he promotes to use) it may hurt after you did it a couple of times cuz of the unused weight on your knuckles.

i never used any kind'a "tips" like that but i've started whit 4 pushups & today i can make 60 in 2 minunte ^^ (+-15 ... good//bad shape ...)
