I can't get picture to fit under 35kb how the fuck all you guys do it ??

edit it with paint... stretch and skew it until it fits, also don't forget to save it as JPEG

Did just that, but once I get the picture under 35kb its totaly fucked up already, it just doesn't work out like that.

Microsoft Office Picture Manager if you have MS Office.
Otherwise, use http://imageshack.us.
It has a feature for resizing.
