Hi, That's the situation: several months ago, I found a interesting book in a bookstore that sells used books. It was a Brazilian edition of a book wrote by a South Korean author. Shame on me that I didn't buy it that time... Some months after that, I went back to the bookstore but , of course, the book was not there anymore... Now, I'm trying to find this book... The problem is: I don't remember the name of the author, neither the title of it! So, I'm posting this question here... As in this forum there are South Koreans, and people that are not South Koreans but knows a lot about them, maybe someone can help me... Some hints that I remember: - The title was short, I think that just one word... (of course I don't remember if the word in the cover was the translation to Portuguese, or not... :P); - In the preface, another author wrote his impressions about the book. There, he described it as a book that "cannot be explained, you have to read it to understand". I remember the phrase "Every time someone ask me about the plot of this book, I say: Read it.". - It wasn't a very old book. I think it from 90's. I remember to read in the cover that it was one of the first contemporaries books written by a South Korean author that was released in the western part of the world and made success. Well... hope someone can help me... Come on South Koreans friends, let's do this! :D Seeya! | |
