HU vs UD and OC (451 reads, 6 replies)
Is it best to fast expo vs a good ud or to tech??
Like i try to fast expo vs good ud but they go ghouls and i can usually defend ghouls off long enough to get some towers up then they switch to fiends and get my towers he mostly targets my peasents and towers while coiling anything that is about to die it is a real pain vs ud and orc i do fine in mirror and ne though but orc hurts with 3-4 grunts and bm
expo never gets up sometimes i just tech to sorc vs oc but it doesnt always work when he gets walkers and sh targets my am hex and net is a bitch any tips??

VS ud yeah you pretty much need that expo unless you are planning something unorthodox stuff with the fiend issue it sounds like there is not enough towers honestly (yeah i know it's a sad tip) or you arn't destracting him enough with your army. Try hit hs base while he hits yours. If he stays you can wreck his eco entirely while you at most will lose your expo.

Vs orc, well honestly my Hu VS ORc is laughable really it's supposed to be in favour of the human but I don't really do so well. Regarding the expo I really think that is depending on map (LT for example Expoing is generally a no brainer) you have to see what fits you on what maps. To keep AM alive most of all think of your positioning, don't leave him in a vurnable position, Invu pots and sorc invis (situational) is helpful too.

MK fe to mass gryph with armor upgrades has been getting popular versus orc lately, might wanna try that.

Yes it has, but I find that weird since it's harder to pull of with slow repairing towers. If you get an expo secured though it's pretty darn good try to make sure you got at least as many expos as him though since if he gains map control and enough expoes bats can take on gryphs. MK pally is generally the heroes of choice when going this strat and at higher levels they are pretty much invincible.

i think in ud vs hu matchup ud is better !! i know it from every LAN ...
but if expo go well and mk and pala as scnd and third hero are mind. lvl3 or higher the ud had worser chance to win !!

If you get no peasant casualties in the early expo, you win.
