If i remember it says works for WoW and other games that are played on internet. They work same. Just click on the Apply Changes button (u have screenshot on the site i post) and it's all set. Should work but i havent tested with WC3 cuz i dont play anymore.

edit: Read the comments on the site i posted. I saw some posts of ppl not impresed fo the program telling they had bigger lag now.

Yup just restart the computer. I got decreasing latency in WoW from 400-450+ to 250-300.

edit: No just apply it and u dont need it anymore to start. Just leave it like that.

For all u gamers out there this tool does work---> i promise.

If u change the number to 100 it has more delay but if u keep it 1 (not touching it) u have less delay very good gaming experience . ^^
