why any player is bad at play human?

is that race is bad?
they have nice knight and kardel

can anyone tell me what hero should i use in begining game using human??

Hum ain´t bad man (well mb now some players thing it´s weak cuz of tower nerf, but that´s not big deal)

as a human, try to start with AM(elemental is very useful in the begining) and some foots, try to creep up to lvl 3, meanwhile tech and so on... human player would help you better

MK = IMBA, human should have FE (Fast expo), needs some towers incase of rush on it, morts rape most ground, AM is decent but vs some units gets raped to fast, most hu games r kinda long with out towr rush

Many things you could do. ArchMage with WaterElemental 3 foot tech to rifle push. Or maybe MK 8 foot fast expand to casters (Sorc, priest, breakers). They really have numerous amounts of strats to work with. AM is the better hero choice though.
