    NE vs. HU strat (473 reads, 4 replies)
    All strats have been used I know this. But I have never seen this strat in a replay before and I kinda just randomly did this vs a HU on EI. Im sure the strat has been done but to give credit to myself ive never seen it done and didnt watch a replay to give me the idea.


    I saw the HU trying to expand early. So I dual AOWd and just pumped archers out with my DH. I was actually able to get the towers to cancel :D:D luky me!! But it eventually went up and i had to TP due to hero target. I had hit tier 2 and new taht the HU had to have alot of foots......so I dual winded and massed hipps with the hippos taming upgrade. Sent the hipps off to the side and hit the expo again to keep pressure. Got panda on the way to try to off some towers he rebuilt. Canceld what I could but had to TP again. By that poijnt I had full hipps to archer ratio. Mounted them all and hit the expo. He still had full foots and they all got raped by BOF and air!!! :D:D:D:D he was pissed. So of course he towers his main and I destroy his expo. I expo myself and try and hit his base.....................MASS TOWERS. I see that he has a castle going and I know that means gryphs or the anti air HU has. But no worries. I have "2" expos now !! I expoed at his also!! Pumped bears becasue his mass AA is nothing vs my hipp archer bear army. When the final fight happens, he nets my hipps!! but i unmounted them!! and my archers are destroying his air.the hipps dont die in one net so they pound out the air as well. And my bears are just getting free hits on heros.

    He gged and /w me "good strat man" I thought it was nice too and figured I would share it. If any HU players would have done something differently feel free to say something. So when I try and perfect it I can know what else to look forward to than how this guy played it.

    foots w/ defends + WE > mounted hippos

    any way i still think this wasnt too bad, dont think it'll work on pro level, probabally just on ladder.

    well, I'd say below lvls 40~ on north pretty much anything goes, and for azeroth its always anything goes.

    if i was hu i would have switched to rifles maybe with casters
    but im a und player and i have my own little strat to vs fast expo humans=P
