That is same as hero with +9 claws, periapt of vitality, pendant of mana, armor ring + 3, 10%as (well gloves of attack 15%, 2/3 of it), some regeneration and manaregen too (dunno how much).
And good thing is that blademaster needs all of these specs.

you regain 100 mana with a clarity if you have a smaller mana pool 100 mana is a larger percentage of your total mana pool. when you then increase your mana pool by picking up items you keep the same percentage of mana and henche you gain a bit more mana instantanously.
