how do you beat map hacking UD (668 reads, 9 replies)
Ok. How do i beat Map hacking UD who goes gargs? All they do is wait for you to creep or leave base, then jack your wisps or jack you while creeping. And whats worse is that you can't hide your wisps all over the map because he will just send gargs there anyways. I keep spending gold on dust of appearance but no shade. I watch replay afterwards, no sacrificial pit. So is there anything to do but lose? It's especially retarded because UD benefits the MOST from map hack because of nuking.. They can position army in the best way and just use heroes. Orc actually has to engage in melee. Hu doesn't creep jack taht well. NE doesn't have nuking capability.. How do I beat the UD combo of Gargs + map hack + nuking?

the fact that ur enemy was ud doesnt matter at all. All maphackers are hard to beat. You just cant creep, u have to challenge him in many fights so the better micro wins. and btw, ud isnt the best race for mh, orc is - bm, ensnare, hex, baseraid try playing vs that as ud when ur enemy hacks

How does one notice during game, that enemy is maphaking and not just lucky?

And should one report maphackers?

when u play enough vs maphackers, u will notice from the 1st time he cj u, if hes a hacker.

U can report hackers, but blizz doesnt care so they dont get banned

reporting is a waste, i have ppl admiting to THing, MHing, and screen shots of it all, but bnet dosnt care. If hacks are not caught in the game by there own system then they dont get introuble. To beat a hacker, once u realize he is a hacker u have to keep pressure on him. Attack, out micro, out play and take the advantage of creep jacking and hitting ur base everytime ur away from the mher. I would honostly suggest getting a expo while hitting him, so u can out do his income. put wisps at every other mine so u can tell if he expoed or not, and keep him locked in his base, build moon wells around his base so u can keep healing, a ancient of wonder so u can keep your items up, then maybe while he is locked in keep Mass expo while tower him inside his own base, use bilistias to tear him apart. A very slow process but you should win if you can keep them back, i wouldnt suggest archers either cuz ghouls/gargs rape them

how to beat maphacking ud, if you are human and have no expand -.-
it is hard.
because ud with aura is really fast and creepjack every time -_-

i would have to say...dont let the game last..challenge him early. Best bet is that if he MHs then his micro blows and u can win early game. seeing that ur a NE playing and u see a MH mass archer/dotts really early with a tower push and a DR is amazing vs UD.

The thing is you cant beat mh by trying to play out the game with creeping and expoing, so take away teh advantage. Stay on him at all times, dont let him try to jack or not and ur just ganna have to simply know units better, FF better, micro better and possibly just be smarter in fights

you cannot stay on a maphacker at all times, he can simply hide since he sees the entire map all the time, creep unexpected camps, etc.. imo, if your hu, just tr the mofo, if u face the mher on ladder, chances are, he's a lot below ur skill lvl and only gains advantage thru games dragging out with his full vision.
