Hunts good vs human? (1238 reads, 17 replies)
I know hunts can be pretty good against human fast expansion, but it also has its weakness. You are weak to early tower push.
What should the elf do when he goes for the huntsbuild and the hum player decides to not expand, but tech with 2-3 towers?

If I tech I will usualy die when I get tier 2, because the human will go many rifles, and then I have to tech straight to bears..

so if the human doesnt tower rush you, and go to t2 just creep jack him nonstop dont let him to get out of his base, put exe on t2 and go for bears.

hunts are the best...potm hunts/glaives evryr game versus hu...guranteed u get at least 60% win ratio...just onw the hu b4 he gets sorc/priests and mk...

If the human player is teching, you should indeed tech as well. Add a naga at t2 and your army will be strong enough to focus down his heroes or a couple of units. If you have hunts it is easier to save them than saving archers from dying.

Also, I would say going hunts makes the towerpush easier to kill :)
Dispell your wisps to kill water elementals, try to get up an ancient protector and you will make it with the help of your hunts.
