Try to play in and win some tournaments. You may need to qualify for such so just stick around all the WC sites you know and register for preliminaries.

inCup would be a great way to get known, but it's not running atm. I suggest, just like versago, that you play other big tournaments and make good results. Guess you could ask for joining, and have a tryout for any team too, but clans aren't fond of that, they rather pick up players that's doing good in various tournaments or such.

Good luck.

This is pretty tough, young Anakin :/ . You need to bee too good to be able to win tourneys :). The best one is incup :) because it can give you the opportunity to play versus pros, which in time might create a good impression for your skill :). But theres no in-cup now az Genie said, and there are no online tournaments atm. So keep looking around :)Play bnet tournaments for practice etc :)

Try this one, open for everyone and still professional gamers on it.
Sats won this one :)

PS: that's link to news about it not the to the cup.
PPS: Hey when that rating feature is online. Rate me good! :DD

10+ hours a day really isn't needed to get "famous", to be top notch maybe but not to become a little famous, no way.

10 hours per day are needed to get skill, getting famous is a matter of self motivation, a lot of tournament participation and good results

That really depends on how you define "skill" I for example doesn't only think the top 10 world are skilled, and therefore I say no, 10 hours a day is NOT needed.
