Skillz that killz! One a more serious note i don't have my gaming comp available atm so i can't watch the replay right now. will be fun though too see the level you guys are at in the game!

on a side note thee isn't much "hey lets play" talk in this forum afaik. Would be fun to gather some people to play from time to time, or some for fun tournaments;).

Great that some peeps are positive to the idea;) The atmosphere would be so much better if you did something fun together;). Timezones might make things hard but not impossible.

Avalanche is not a weird map, is the best map for 2v2 You can do a lot of things in that map, from massing and tower pushing, to a tower rush (well my at partner is kurdran and he loves fire_de so imagine how much he loves to tower), to that what you mentioned or simply play "solo" with the one parallel to you. Or you can do that double expo from the beginning of the game, do some gay harass and then enjoy overwhelimng your enemies with dual 100/100 armies (only did it once though :P)

She didn't say the map is weird, she said they played it weird, which i can't agree or disagree on since I havn't watched the replay.

I can however disagree with you on that it is the best 2v2 map!;)
Ok it's decent and the fact that it's got 2 fountains certainly makes it special.
HOWEVER the fact that it doesn't even have a single goblin shop really makes it kinda week since shops really plays a big part of the game and an even bigger part in 2v2 where you can sort of double the effect of scrolls. BM and DH without boots is no fun either:'(

So overall I wouldn't put it over TR TM Goldshire and maybe a few more i can't really remember ;P.

@soi: yeah my bad, got it all wrong :P.
Not having shops is a real bummer I know, but is one of the maps where mass hunts mass fiends can be stopped easily, unlike in TR or TM.It can be beaten in those two maps as well but not so easily (Im talking for orc-human combo). And I play the orc so yeah I have to put up with no booted BM, but as long as mass hunts mass fiends doesnt just trample over us, Im fine with that.

:) yeah it's understandable.
with Orc/hu it's also common to go FS/AM not sure how you do it though, but at AV i guess BM is nice with human too because of fountain creep/item stealing and so on.

I however mostly play NE/Orc when i play orc and when you play it like that it reall hurts not getting boots because you can just a click enemy AM/naga/kotg/FS and so on:)
