making a POV (4888 reads, 79 replies)
I tried to do it in HyperCam and Camtasia studio and these are screens from the final work --;;

I tried few various properties, but it still didn't resolve my problem, so I ask - how to make a proper POV in SC? How should I change properties to make vids in normal colors?
I've installed K-Lite codec pack 3.1 full

install sld codec pack and try to open the file with vlc or mv2 player. Camtasia worked fine for me .

hm this mv2 player looks old, shouldn't it work with windows media player too? / dling sld pack 2.2

should use the default settings in camstasia and u have to start record when ur in the game. and u can't alt tab when using it.

Honestly, I think you are a hacker. Especially in the game versus Monragon.
I am not saying that because Mondragon is from germany but because I dont remember you as that gosu protoss that is able to beat Mondragon in his best matchup.
Also some movements in that game by you where suspicious.
Please dont flame, it's just my opinion.

Create a hand full of VOD's, maybe one or two games against Mondragon or other very good zerg and show equivalent skill and success and I will take back everything bad concerning gaming that I said about you.

Just my 2 cents

Edit @ LML At least I am able to express my opinion in more than one sentence and without nerd expressions. Oh and sorry for "flamming" you.

EDIT: actually I didn mean, that u flamming me, but it looks like u didn get this. I ment your flamming forwards mistrzzz, but this is actually just a thread about 'making POV' and not a thread to tell your opinion about hacking and not hacking.

Don´t start the recording in the main meny or in the b.net channel. Start it then the game have started (when you could see your 4 workers and your main building. This will fix your problem. I hope you understand what I mean. GL

I suggest you use it in every "official" game you play and then release it on some site. That way no one in their right mind would be able to doubt that you're "clean"

Camtasia is the best program.
Just like #12 said, start recording AFTER the game started (not in the game lobby).
On good machines, you can use some compression (H246 is the best), otherwise, on slower computers, only Inter IYUV Compression works without lagging.


If you want to get the best quality/compression/size ratio, or anything else pm me and I'll explain. (or just post here) :)


Btw, will the fp vods be evailabe for dl for mass audience? These are very rare these days, and I'm very interested to see the movements and everything of a better player. =)

and of course I will show POVs from even much better games from my side than these which "proves" mine hacking like vs mondragon shaman hullah or whatever xD
I'll show u little choboses games in which I pwn much better gamers than those "gosus" mentioned above in a way much better, legendtOss's maphacking style

u dont know polish sc scene and here mistrzzz is known for long. and he is known rather as a talented and hardcore playing person which can just efect in becoming gosu.
If u will be blaming him for MH all the time it just mean You're jealous
