GOMTV announces a possible WC3 Invite tournament

GOMTV has announced plans for a Warcraft III invite tournament. The tournament is expected to be much better than the previous Warcraft III event GOM did with the IeSF Korean Invitational which was still a very good event but saw Jang Jae "Moon" Ho and June “Lyn” Park up against pretty much no names. This time around GOM promises an all star lineup consisting of names like Sky, Lyn, Grubby and Moon.

But wait, there’s more. The casting was previously done by Yoan “ToD” Merlo and in a post on WCReplays.com the recently retired Human player has hinted at an "epic duo” casting team. People have began assuming a Nick ‘Tasteless’ Plot and ToD team seeing as Nick has been mentioning Warcraft a lot more recently in his casts as well as revealing he has plans for future projects with GOM. Yoan has mentioned wanting to cast with Nick in the past, too. Other possible candidates are Kim "bunny" Vothang most well known for her commentary at BlizzCon and Kevin “Rotterdam” Van Der Kooi as another candidate following the success of his commentary at WCG and most recently, ESL TV.

GOM has also stated they are looking for dedicated hosts to help with the running of the tournament which will be played online. The role is considered voluntary however GOM promises a free access pass to their premium service and subtitle identification when broadcasting in return for the help.
