Raptor Wins Inaugural WC3L Match.





Raptor-Gaming, a newcomer to WC3L, surprised aTTax by grabbing a 3-2 victory. aTTax streaked to an early 2-0 lead, but was unable to finish the job. After a sluggish start, Raptor came from behind to win three-in-a-row. With celebrated players such as Xlord and SaSe, many thought aTTax would catch an easy-win. However, popular sentiment proved incorrect as Raptor showed uncommon resilience for a team that originally failed to qualify for WC3L.

Bracket Style

I spent some extra time on this article tweaking the bracket code to change the style a bit. Which style do you prefer? The one in the article or the one below:

I like the 2nd one although you might want to lose the "and"s and "&"s in favor of all ","s for more consistency.

SaSe never stops to suprise me. A week ago he won against Sky, now he lost to HLA. I'm not saying HLA is the worst player ever, but Sky should be way better. Dunno what the guy is doing to be honest, stoped practicing because he got into aTTaX?

After considering your comments, I've decided to go with a bolded winner format, and fully listed map names.

News reports should be fully readable by everyone, including . . . those who don't know the names of map abbreviations yet.

People who don't know the abbreviations probably don't care that much about what map it was, right? And if they do, they'll learn fast enough. :)
