PGS Shows eXpertise

PGS Defeats eXpertise 4-1; Qualifies for WHL.





Following the schism which culminated in the exodus of its non-Polish players, PGS has earned a spot in the Warcraft Hero League (WHL). The WHL and its better known sister league: The Frozen League (TFL), are home to a plethora of professional squads. PGS secured its spot after defeating eXpertise (eX), a clan of China's lesser known talents.

eX banked its hopes on Zhen "HopeStar" Xu, whose victory over Sky in the 2008 ESWC pre-qualifier surprised many. However, Hope'Star' proved hope'less' after losing both games to Paladyn.

Congratulations to PGS and uPro Legends on qualifying for WHL.

so many errors in this...where shall i begin

-tiger played orc on 1st map
-the 3rd match wasnt a joker since hopestar won the 2nd
-hopestar lost 2 games to paladyn not 3 (paladyn played great for PGS)
-we didnt "default" if we used a joker on 1 player, since PGS wouldnt allow us to use a barred player.

lastly you say "Congratulations to PGS and uPro for qualifying for WPL finals." its WHL not WPL and its not the finals...

might want to do some research before posting things like this

Why do you news about qualified teams instead of newsing finals of such leagues? that's just senceless

Many leagues are currently undergoing a qualification phase. Thus, at this time, I believe that team qualification can constitute legitimate news.

Besides #9, if you really want to see different coverage at GG, you could always apply as a writer ^_^

UD > Human after the patch. But i would also say that Sky was probably also very unlucky...

#11 nah, its just the repair rate of towers that are upgrading that has been changed.. it's only a slight tilt in balance towards undead when human goes mk or pally first the undead can cancel the towers with gargs a bit easier.
