ESWC 2008 China qualifiers schedule announced

The ESWC China 2008 Organizing Committee today officially announced the 25 host cities for the ESWC China 2008 series of qualifiers.

It was announced today at the ESWC China 2008 conference that each city will host one qualifier and the schedule starts the 11th of April and will end at June 8th with qualifiers in Shenyang, Changchun and Dalian.

Remarkable about the schedule is that 24 of the total of 25 qualifiers are located in cities at the richer east coast of China. Only Urumqi is located in the Northwestern, province of Xinjiang. Each winner of a qualifier will get a spot for the Electronic Sports World Cup China Finals in Wuxi on July 14th.
