No StarCraft in the WCG game list, WarCraft remains.

When the list with the game titles for the grand final of World Cyber Games was announced today, neither StarCraft nor StarCraft 2 were included.World Cyber Games continues to support WarCraft 3, Counter-Strike as well as the racing game TrackMania Nations Forever and the pool game Carom 3D.
But the game that has been in the WCG stable since its first edition is not included. GosuGamers assumes the committee is debating on whether to have StarCraft or StarCraft 2 in the list of games.
WarCraft 3, with one foot in the grave, has with the continued support from World Cyber Games and the Electronic Sports World Cup, been given another chance to live through 2010.
However, considering the grand final is dated September 28 according to the Los Angeles Convention Center website calendar, setting up a qualifier for StarCraft 2, whose release is predicted to be by mid summer, seems unlikely.
The xbox titles are: Guitar Hero 5, Tekken 6 and Forza Motorsport 3.

| WC3 is dead sorry to say it, but it's been almost two years since orc win all, with sometimes humans (or should i say "towers") taking the lead. That's useless, let that game die for christ sake! |

| #150 because Warcraft3 is also more watched/followed internationally aswell like i said in the previous post which uyou somehow missed. Warcraft3 scene is bigger and you need to get over it. Starcraft2 will be bigger then both combined so it dosnt matter regardless. Point is Warcraft3 is justifiable in WCG and no SC this year is completely understandable considering SC2. Who knows you might still get SC this year anyways. |

| i don't even know why adding SC2 is even an option...I mean between the two of the them, everybody knows that at present SC1 is the better, more competitive and more exciting-to-watch game. I would consider adding SC2, but not in 2010, maybe not even 2011. Not because games like Trackmania are far more unbiased or fun, but because SC2's direct competitor, SC1, remains at the top of the scale measuring RTS games. |

"We have received many comments regarding this list missing your favorite games including StarCraft and FIFA. This announcement represents the first group of game titles slated for the WCG 2010 competitions, and does not cover all of the games which will be featured this year. I can beat a level 20 player single handed that it gets boring and ive only played the game a few times. Its so easy to play. Try playing SC1 u will take years to get decent at it. |
