2010's European Nations Cup with Warcraft
Posted by Patrik "Raistlin" Hellstrand 2 years ago

Electronic Sports League has announced 2010's edition of European Nations Cup, including Warcraft 3 in the game list.
Warcraft 3 has been a constant in the competition ever since the launch in 2004. Many doubted that, due to the declining interest in Europe, the greenskins would not be included this year, but yesterday's revelation proved the doubters wrong.
This season will go back to the old play mode, with four single matches and one team match.
New titles as Counter-Strike Female and Quake Live replaced last year's call of Duty 4 and Defense of the Ancients.
Reigning Warcraft 3 champions are Denmark, after defeating Netherlands in the grand final. What most people seem to recall from last season's final was Manuel "Grubby" Schenkhuizen's BlizzCon schedule clash that hindered him to play for Netherlands in the ENC.
