A new patch arrived

Only one issue fixed this time to avoid in-game crashes.- Fixed a client crash related to queuing too many invalid build commands
While the previous patch was directly related to the Map Editor, this patch comes to fix a problem that is very clear by reading the only sentence in the changelog. Probably DotA players didn't even realize this bug, but WarCraft players did and this update comes in good time for them.
The new patch can be downloaded in two different ways: automatically from Battle.net or manually with the standalone patch found on Blizzard's ftp website here. For the second option, just click either PC or MAC according to your Operational System and scroll down the page, then select the patch according to the language you have installed on your computer.
Note from the author: I tested the new patch on Garena but I couldn't join any games created with the 1.24c patch version. It seems that 1.24d clients can only play with other 1.24d clients.

| it takes 5 sec to switch version to watch old replays and no there's no "localised version bla bla" problem because u can download the official patches from blizz support site. and if you use garena because you don't have the real wc3 then stfu and gtfo and deal with ur non-existent problem. |

Im beginning to think that if this patch really actually does something negative for the dota community then they kinda deserve it! | I believe it should be possible to view 1.24c-replays with 1.24d-patch installed. I just did. And I watched a stream yesterday too which was also the "wrong" version. :) |

| #35 hon is nothing compared with dota. There are to many textures, graphics, unnecessary details, and those things are confusing players. HoN has only one advantage: Reconnect option. Everything else including game play - dota is better. Even if it is add on. @dota players - its not a problem to dl patch and apply it. @wc3 players - congrats for bug/hack fixes p.s. people, You could show some manners. i dont know who is kid and who isnt, but this kind of comments are giving wc3 community a very bad picture. and also to dota. |
| #4: It's better that they fix the bugs in the game than not caring at all. It prevents people from taking advantage of the bugs, and it also makes it harder for hackers to keep up. It's a great thing that they patch the game so often. Why is it a problem when it's easily patched by logging on to battle.net, and the download doesn't take long at all. |
