PPLive Race War 2009 announced
The participants for this years PPLive Race War has been announced from which many of the top players from each race has been chosen.
The tournament will take place between 12-19 July and will include a total of $6,300 in prize money. The matches are said to be streamed live on PPLive and GarenaTV.
Last years Race War saw the Orcs rising and dominating the other races. It will be interesting to see how it will turn out this year if another race will rise up and take down the Orcish horde or if the Orcs will retain their throne.

Many probably wonder why LucifroN isn't included in the list with recent ESWC victory over Lyn and Fly100% and Regional Finals victory over Grubby. The organizer Weicheng "MaRs" Zhou gave a comment to our allies at SK-Gaming regarding the decision.
"Organiser Weicheng 'MaRs' Zhou told SK-Gaming that his appearance is marred by the undesirable internet latency between Spain and Asia, wherein the majority of participants reside." - MaRs

i think lucifron is a better orc player then grubby ... i hope he doesn't confirms  and i think Moon would have been a better choice for night elf team instead of Sai ... but maybe i am wrong :D gl for him |

| I think that if moon was in instead of sai and Remind keeps his dominace going I think the elfs could of gave the orcs a good run. But without moon elfs have no chance. And sadly this ain't even the best line up orcs could have :( And undead has no chance. And human's may be able to surprise some or be dead last guess it just depends on how well they are on those days. |
| You know what, since there is no Moon, Im gonna boycott this event by not watching! I aint watching any event without Moon especially one like this. How can they not invite Moon? Hes the best Warcraft 3 player in history man. Cmon! The NE team should be Moon, ReMinD, Check, and Soccer. Thats the best team for NE at the moment. Look at orcs, they have the most imba race and argubaly the most imba team too. Grubby, Lyn, Fly and WhO. God dammn.... Anyways my prediction is 1) Orc 2) Human 3) Undead 4) Night Elf |

| 1 Lucifron is not the strongest orc, at least in mirror or vs NE.If you say"lucifron >Grubby,Fly,who,focus",you should show us more evidence.According to current record of him,he only has 50% or even below 50% winning rates virsus other top orc players. 2 Sai, now is the best NE in China.He took the 3rd place in WCG 2009(China region)over Fly. 3 Moon's absence is rly unfair.I think check should be replaced by moon. |

| I think if Tod still playing he be in over myth for sure and then hum will dominate>>TH000 is just in amazing form and imagination atm. As for orc lucifron should be in over who for sure, we all saw him dominate this season and hes in outstanding form. I think the nightelf needs moon hes always gonna be renowned for his skills and great macro/micro combination and has the ability to rape those big names from other races hard its a shame he cant make it, I rate sai up there but I'd go suho over him and shy for that matter. Undead is the race i think they got right...could chuck space in for a fifth choice but I'm just a fan:P Good to see this kind of even though  |
