The right choice(part I)

With out an original copy of Starcraft, this warrior had to deal with a public list of cdkeys being thousand of users sharing the list to join battle.net He had to be very lucky to even log in after minutes changing the cdkey several times.

Days later someone decided to publish a non shared cdkey in a not very famous starcraft website, lucky enough he took it first.

The way of starting his ladder in to battle.net was filled of frustration....
He started to play alone and later made some friends. Under the wing of Ziclone, one experienced terran user He learnt the A to the Z of starcraft.

Picking terran as main race he had some of the most offensive techniques, performing really strong on Terran vs Terran Matches.

One day he decided to ask for more advices to korean terrans, and there was SJPH, a young korean who worked on a farmacy and played starcraft on freetimes.

Game #1

TvT on Lost temple, SJPH manage to perfect micro a bunker rush and kill him in less than 5 minutes with a very impressive APM rate.

Game #2

Lost temple again, SJPH only confirmed his superiority by doing this strategy again.. Our felow friend tryed to stop it again but the macro of SJPH was so dam impressive that it became impossible to recover.

Our young padawan was more than impressed because this strategy was a joke but at the same time it was really well executed by the terran making it very powerful.

SJPH only said: ^^;

more than happy SJPH accepted to be his terran master and of course one of the first strategies that came to the blackboard was that fancy bunker rush.

to be continued..

One of the best Unreal Tournament G.O.T.Y. Players in the town, and for once the one who kicked the balls to the self proclaimed top #1 of quake 3 Arena in the first 3 days trying the game.

Title that he had, title that he conquered... more than a specialist in First person shooters and feared by many. His passion for competitive video games was really high and every time was wanting to improve his skills and get better.

One day a dark soul told him that his courage for gaming would do a great performance in RTS and there is when he started playing starcraft.
He rapidly conquered the computer AI and not stoping until he was able to kill 7 in melee.

Defeating friends was more than easy... he joked several times playing 3vs1 vs them.

Later he was invited to play versus the top #1 Starcraft player in the town who destroyed his protoss fast expansion build with a single dropship and 1 tank in map of lost temple, the game last for 7 minutes and it was enough to destroy his ego.

At that moment he realized he was not going to beat that players, so he asked them for advice. They suggested him to start playing on battle.net ...

The most intense battles were about to begin...

to be continued ...

How starcraft 2 Will be
Created 7th January 2010 18:36 (Updated: 18th January 2010 23:19)

The most waited video game of all time is going to be a total evolution of RTS games (Real Time Strategy),
combining the best graphical effects, awesome playability and the best immersive combat situations filling
up our brains with pure adrenaline. There is no doubt this game is going to kick ass, and people will love it.

As first thought many people says this game is going to destroy the original starcraft broodwar community,
and some may be right since Blizzard games have always bashed their old titles. Starcraft broodwar will
not be replaced, but in fact there is a high percent of the broodwar community merging to SC2. As a personal
though I will never stop playing broodwar because of all the great thing that game made me experience; however
I will give a try to SC2 and will enjoy it just like if it where a total different and new game.

Videogames does not destroy communities !!

Players do destroy them and those who love broodwar will keep playing it no matter if it is in first or
second term but BW and SC2 will be a pair of twin brothers that will share together a great community.

Balance? hah, let blizzard do that job ... We all are waiting a 4 pool rush with 150 minerals and such type of
imbalance things at the first beta release. And here is where players will give feedback to blizzard to
make the last adjustments and leave the game perfect for being release to the market.

It will be released when it's done ;;;

Pro gaming in korea will have some changes for sure, the GOSU Broodwar players will be offered to start
playing SC2 and they will decide which twin brother will keep, SC2 will be very attractive to the eyes of
new sponsors and here is where the foreign players will have better chances to go in pro leagues.
At the end of 2010 we will be experiencing a global starcraft pro gaming scene being unique and stronger than
ever. Pro gamers will be spread all over the world ... WCG will be child's play from what it is coming.

SC2 will born with new websites and new greater communities, the elder sites like Gosugamers.net and Teamliquid.net
will be key pieces in maintaining the broodwar community together and at the same time will be behind us
supporting those who want to merge in to SC2 and those who not.

Now GG.net keep the great job, thanks !
