| #11: Ive been waiting for this question ;) Creo earned his points during 2007 and the decay did not yet make him being out of the top30 because he simplay had too much points :) if he stays inactive, what is most likely the case (^^), he will lose points month by month and some day he will be out of the top30 and some time later he'll not have any points left. its just a question of time :) |

| #24 you can never be sure if someone would come back after he announced his retirement, so its easier and more correct / fair to let them in the ranking until the decay kicked them out. just think of the 10 or so comebacks of MadFroG, there are several other examples aswell. |
