Hello there,

I've been wondering how many of you, people of GosuGamers, e-sports fans and probably huge gaming in general enthusiasts, play MineCraft. I play this game for three months, don't have much time for that but I do. And actually, for the last couple of days, I can't stop thinking about it due to the upcoming 1.8 update.

And for those of you who play MineCraft I must say that it's pretty annoying and sad how the developer aka Notch keeps delaying the release and that he decided to remove a couple of things that he promised to implement or things that have been already existing in the game. Although, I hope I will be positively surprised when I will launch MineCraft 1.8 for the first time. There's still a chance for that.

I started to play minecraft just last two weeks ago. I heard about the game in reddit and was curious then. I played the cracked version and after few days of playing, I decided to buy it. I must say the game is awesome! I introduced the game to my brothers and they also love it. I set up a local server and everyday we explore the world and set up bases, castles, etc.

I am sometimes disappointed by the delay of the final release of 1.8. (Pre release 2 is out by the way) I have to understand that only Jeb is developing the game right now (fixing tons of bugs), though sometimes Notch extends help for this as he is developing a new game for Mojang.

By the way, have you tried the pre-released 2 of 1.8?

@2: yes, I have it. Less laggy than the first pre-release. According to jeb's twitter we are on the good way to see the final 1.8 update today!

@1: I'm here all the time. You just don't notice me anymore, my sweet! ^^

And also, I have read your blog just a while ago. I understand now why you feel disappointed with Mojang. :) Your first blog post is about Minecraft! lol. In the earliest of days you were very excited about 1.8 coming. Then you grew tired about it as the released schedule came. I would feel the same way. Forgive me. :D Cheers!
