Need help :D (710 reads, 8 replies, 3 months ago)
Hi all!

So I have a razer mouse, more specific the deathadder which is dead.

Whenever I plug it on it gives me this "USB not recognized" - After a google search I found out quickly that my mouse is broken.

Until recently I read this thread where it said all you need to do is Shut off your PC and unplug it completly so that your USB ports "can work again". <- I did this and nothing happend :(

Which leads me to my question; Is my deathadder really broken or is there a solution for this ? Need all help I can get : (

Check the USB port of your Laptop/pc whether it is working or not.

Yea they are working, I tried plugging my keyboard into every one of them and it worked on every USB port.

So this means my deathadder which is supposed to add death is dead? :((

^ +1.

Sometimes old software doesn't stack with the mouse.

So New software may fix OP's problem.

#5, #6 Thanks for help but it doesn't work :(

It says I haven't got the latest firmware "Firmware:N/A" or something like this in the razer mouse settings program. I try downloading the latest firmware and it says I need latest driver, which I have -.- seems it's just dead :O
