Idea: admins name on nuked comments (1060 reads, 10 replies, 4 months ago)
So this have annoyed me for some time, you see when your nuked on comments page on news, its figutively impossible to find out why, whyich allthough im not as active anymore, still annoys the hell out of me.

I'd suggest you put the admin who treated the case in the "this comment was nuke" text by simply adding an "by mr brian besely"(imagined name)

Sometimes comments who are not really offensive are nuked, by the simple reason that they are radical and the general populace tend to disagree with it.
Unless you're trying to recreate the pope-controlled medieval Europa i'd really consider this.

This thing mostly came from my comment on the flo news, where i pointed out the immorality of "lesser" females>Males, by lesser in this context its about the skill at the game starcraft2 not insiurating that they're lesser ofc (this was not the word used in the comment)

Ofcourse this is something a lot of users will disagree with, for reasons i won't mention here (due to the reasons i believe it to be, being just as radical)
And i strongly suspect that the admin simply agreed with these people, and nuked it out of general preference...
Shouldn't it be someway for me to contact the admin and discuss the matter with him?
Or should it simply be a norm that every1 agrees on everything? (i hope i don't need remind you on what the idea of a FORUM is :) )

If you don't want to put his name there, due to space-preservation, might i suggest a simple auto-sent message to the user who'm was nuked?

that's all :)
PS: sorry for all these (xxx) it's just the general way i write :\
If every1 disagrees with me...they're still wrong..

Yeah annoys me a lot when I see my forum post got nuked for no reason, other than stating that this thread should be closed.

Also, the thread was actually closed, and the admin directly quoted me in his decision to close the thread. And then he nukes my comment.
