Liquibition #27: IefNaij vs F91

The undefeated IefNaij once again took on an opponent in the Liquibition #27. With only this duel left to put him in the history books of the TeamLiquid showmatch league as the only player ever to win five times in a row, he had all the pressure on him.

Having defeated HoRRoR with 4-0 it was clear that the Canadian Protoss required a stornger type of opponent. And they found one, dragged him all the way from the secluded lands of China. It was the feared Zerg player F91.

None of these players should need any form of introduction. The pride of Canada, winner of TSL and Stamina and a Liquibition monster, has gone from being a rookie to a veteran and is now one of the recognised top players outside Korea. The Chinese Zerg F91, well known for his aggressive play, took part in the 6-0 destruction of MYM with Fnatic, he has won IEST China, has top placements in WCG China and recently played 1-2 against Stork in IEF.

This should have made for some exciting even games. But it turned out that the Chinese player was simply better. Taking out IefNaij 4-1 he did, even in the light of his previous accomplishments, impress greatly. Is this a sign of the future, with the new Chinese team Fnatic?
