15 Russian players and one Uzbek gathered at the well known 4GAME internet café on August 3rd to duke it out over an 80 € prize pool.
Lyra-Gaming's top Zerg player g0gna could go through the tournament undefeated and claim the gold medal and a check for 1600 Rubels (~45€). g0gna was able to defeat the pre-hand favorite Notforu in three three consecutive best-of-three series.
Notforu had to settle for second place, earning 800 Rubels (~22€) and a shiny silver medal.
Third place and the 400 Rubels (~11€) went to Notforu's 3DClan team mate Sudden who could defeat 3D.PallMall in the Losers final.
Next tournament in the Russian scene is the Summer Duet Party, a 2on2 tournament just before the ASUS Summer Cup.
