The dispute between Fnatic and TSL that broke out recently finally comes to an end as Lee Seok "ALive" Han is now officially a part of the Fnatic roster. In addition, the foreign team has employed Sung Hwan "Hwanni" Kim as their Korean general manager.

The conflict between the two teams was ignited two weeks ago as TSL coach Lee accused Fnatic of stealing their terran player ALive. Both Lee and Fnatic manager Elroy Pint, as well as Alive himself, came out with statements regarding the incident and it was made clear that Alive was not in fact contracted by the foreign team at that moment.

After staying teamless for that period of time and playing his GSL Ro32 matches without a clan tag in his ID, it was announced that Fnatic and TSL have reached an amicable deal and ALive will now be a part of the foreign roster, effective today.

ALive Wrote:
I am glad that this issue has been resolved in a peaceful and positive way and I am looking to put this episode behind me. I will try to do my best to do well in my new environment, a proud member of FnaticRaidCall.

With Fnatic now housing two Koreans living in their homeland (Rain being the sole exception), the team has contracted long-time community figure and translator Sung Hwan "Hwanni" Kim to operate as their Korean General Manager.

Sam Mathews, Fnatic CEO Wrote:
We have long had an envious eye on the Korean market, with its expansive team structure, media, and fan base, it is by all accounts the test bed for eSports. In 2012 we made it our mission to make our orange and black mark on Korea. Hwanni joins us at the begining of that endevour, and we're excited to have him! He's well respected and we have known him for many years. He will oversee all our operations in KR. Welcome Hwanni!

hwanni such a great person! I think so at least. What other people thinks of him is their own business. And what hwanni can provide for fnatic is just amazing. All his korean contacts and practice partners fnatic will get just because of hwanni is insanely good.

aLive is a good pickup indeed. fnatic will look really good in the future events/leagues/tournaments etcetc.

I wonder how everything is going to work.. if fnatic maybe will get some kind of help in korea just because of this?

Really strong line up :) Would be nice to see them participating in the next GSTL and maybe even in the next NASTL ^^
Alive is definitely the strongest of their line up, but I have faith in the 5th race ;)

#6 I can't even remember the last time a 2v2 had any part in any team league in sc2... It always seems to be the NASTL format (stolen from kr obviously) or the korean clan war style 1 player can all kill type thing.

#3 moon will have as much trouble transistioning to sc2 as grubby has...
Alive is obviously their top player but nightend is also a force to be reckoned with.
They should sign grubby as well actually since then they'd have all 3 of the top war3 players in the era (outside of china) ^_^;:
