ex-MVP member Dong Hwan "ViOlet" Kim will join the Russian organization as the first Korean in its roster. The former War3 star will practice alongside players like Kas, Happy and Welmu.
ViOLet left MVP on September 7th last year due to health problems and conflicts within the team and joined the CSN training camp two months later to prepare for MLG Providence, where he lost in the first round of the championship bracket to MarineKing. Yet, Violet's career is not completely devoid of achievement, however, as in May he made a very quick trip to Code S by coming to Code A through the qualifiers, reach the Round of Eight and beating the up-and-down matches without much difficulty. The orc-gone-zerg also holds a top four finish at the recent HomeStory Cup 4, making him an even more savory addition to Empire's roster.
