The second season of the IPL has been announced and it features a $50,000 prize pool. The season will last approximately one and a half months with a broadcast schedule starting at a later date. The new season will have a 32 tournament and four seeded players with 28 slots open for qualifiers. The invited players from the first season are EGIdrA, ROOTKiWiKaKi, dSeleCT, and EGAxslav. The top eight players from the first three qualifiers will get a seed while only the top four of the last qualifier will get seeds.
With an open tournament and a qualifier that allows 2048 players, there are certain guide lines to follow. To be eligable to play you must:
-play all your games on the North American Server
-own your own North American Server account, so no account sharing
-be in the Master or Grand Master League
-live within the NA/EU/LA regions
-be available to play on the dates of June 11th, 12th, 18th, and 19th

4) Click on 'Account'
5) Fill out your NORTH AMERICAN SERVER BNet Character Name, Character Code, Race, League and MAKE SURE TO COPY/PASTE YOUR BATTLE.NET PROFILE URL into the designated space

7) Click 'Sign me up!'
8) Join the IPL group for automatic notifications of when Qualifiers 2, 3 and 4 come online.
9) Remember to check back in one hour before start time to check in and secure your spot. If you do not check in your spot will be forfeited!
