Blizzard improves Matchmaking and Ladder

Posted by Eun-yong "canonpax" Park 1 year ago
With many complaints due to an imbalance in the matchmaking system and ladder, Blizzard addresses the new hotfixes for team players in Battle.net.

Today Blizzard revealed improvements affecting team players using the matchmaking system. Since a possible advantage protruded for arranged teams to find equally skilled players, this fix will more efficiently balance team match-ups. Especially sub-Gold leagues will benefit from these changes, Blizzard said.

Also, while Blizzard acknowledged the difficulty of placement of an arranged team in a high league, the improvements now provide even easier team placements in the appropriate league. e.g. 3v3 random and arranged teams.

.. in my opinion the must ridiculous thing is that arranged teams oftenly face random teams in 2v2 which is so incredibly unfair i sometimes cant believe it.
in the beginning it is an "even match" but what is even about one team being able to plan a cheese strat in the loading screen while u get a rus ally that doesnt even speak english. what the fuck is even about that??
