New patch available, still no beta

Europeans who try to run the StarCraft 2 beta today will have high expectations as a new patch is available for download. The beta is not up yet however.
Many thought the beta was up already, but users who have already downloaded the patch can confirm that the servers are still down. Could this mean that we are very close however? Only time will tell.
UPDATE: (the latest update is in bold)
- Yet, only Europeans are able to download the latest patch.
- The new patch is 485 MB in size.
- It will contain a lot of new sounds. The Zerg's sound has got a lot of complains, and they removed the interface sounds with the previous patch - explains some of the 485 mb.
- The patch is now available for US users.

| I read arround that US patch is also up. However, it only works for random people. :-S |
| PS: I just finished patching and at least the options menu is different with lots more settings. |

| Guys calm down, whats the point about fixing a problem when beta still down. Just wait a little longer , give blizz staff the time they need, and when the time comes , double-click in beta shortcut icon and start downloading the patch normaly. Maybe they actually change the patch again after the beta release... If u find yourself very anxious, and u cant wait, plzz shoot a bullet at your toe and the problem will be solved..........and u will have another one to care about  |

| If you made Realmlist.stf and it does not work its maybe because win7 make a txt file default so it is named Realmlist.stf.txt To make the .stf file open Realmlist.stf and save as Realmlist.stf and make sure you pick all files and not txt. |
| Atleast I could update with out a problem, now its just sit back and relax, hopefully it will come up soon enough, just in time for my 5 week vacation :) Wonder if i'll get any sun this year? :) |

| Can any of you guys still watch replays? i get like an error msg " Unable to load the replay" Have tried diffrent replays as well. |
| General Rally points now behave as a move command, instead of an attack move command. Enabled the ability to manually add a StarCraft II character friend using the player's character code. Character code is a server-assigned numerical code that is displayed within the Add Friend panel. Battle.net Achievements & Rewards have been updated. All Quick Match modes are now available: 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, and Free For All. All A.I. difficulties are now available for play. Cooperative matchmaking versus A.I. players is now available as a play mode. Enabled cross-game social features between World of Warcraft and StarCraft II. Balance Changes ZERG Infestor Frenzy spell removed. Infested Terran spell added. Overseer Infested Terran spell removed. Ultralisk Now immune to stuns and mind control. :D |

| Destroy 40 units with a single unit in a single League game. Kill 5 Changelings in a single League game. Regenerate 500 life on a single Roach without taking friendly fire in a League game. | Infestor changed back... mostly a ZvZ game change, and maybe a slightly zerg nerf to? (at least i prefered enrage) |

| #66 i thought that replays from phase 1 will be obsolete on phase2. It was announced when the beta first downed. (i think). So i guess that you can't watch replay is normal. Too bad for Frenzy but it was really powerfull. Maybe that's why. And infested terrans on overseer were great when you was chase by some units. |
