hey guys i'm supernerdhanko, probably gonna change it back over to my new nickname 44lvlc0. i'm gettin good on youtube with some awesome pokemon vids but i'm hearing that pharse back to me again. "once a good starcraft player, always an awesome starcraft player." i'm asian lolz but yeah i'm chinese. i started playing sc1 like 2 years ago. didn't know how to play untill i watched a bunch of vids, replays, got to gosugamers, and other shit that i wasted my time with. then within the next year, my APM is like 100. and i can do all these crazy builds and macro hard with zerg/protoss and terran. although i sucked at terran. i also met this japenese guy who is in my highschool starcraft club which started almost at the same time when i started to get into this game. he's now a 1v1 platinum rank 1 guy in sc2 but back in sc1, me and him were neck to neck in sc2 right at the part when i had an APM of around 70 in sc1. but then i moved, now i have new friends and i'm slippin away from starcraft stuff. news, awesome games, awesome tournaments and all that awesome stuff :P. and i got myself back into pokemon with all this new fifth generation (black and white) pokemon strategys. it's almost like when sc2 came out and it's a whole new world for starcraft. but it's just that this time, i can actually be one of those people who can MAKE strategys because i own a copy of the rom and stuff. back when the sc2 beta came out. i didn't even have a key. i couldn't even play. all i can do was sit back and look at new strategys that other people were making. but back to the main topic. so i moved and i'm at this new school, i'm slipping away from starcraft world and getting myself awesome in pokemon, then i met this friend/student and he plays sc2! and is a gold player! even though i am slipping away from starcraft, i still watch husky's vids, HD's vids and sometimes Anaris too. so i do somehow keep up with the patches, korean maps and new strategys and so on. so with my help as an observer from behind him, i was able to get him out of gold and into platinum. and with that i also got him with my old jap friend as a 2v2 partner and thier teamwork has gotten them to the diamonds! i felt very proud to be a coach with using only my brain, i was able to mold people with wispers to help them get out of the stressfull and tight situations they were in and get them back and focused on their game. then my new starcraft friend leted me play on his account. i played although very nervous 'cause i'm only a sc1 player, i never played sc2 that much and i'm always nervous when i'm in the fround seat against a human. even though i was actually facing a very hard level bot. i still felt wierd 'cause it's so new and stuff. but then i prevailed! i beat the very hard bot with only my sc1 playing style and even beat the insane bot! i even helped my friend beat some 1v1 ladder games. i felt awesome! and he even says this:"hey, y dont you own starcraft 2 and play?" you could be pretty big and get even bigger on youtube!" then i cried, i started to sob. 'cause i dont have the dam money i tell him. i only get 25% of my paycheck because 50% goes to family and the other 25% goes to my colledge savings which only gets me 20$ every two weeks, which only adds up to 500$ a year! and i need fucking 700$ for me and my friends to build me an awesome computer but i can't fucking do it 'cause i feel like i dont have TIME to save up that much. i try to fucking negotiate with my parents to let me have more money but they just dont care. i feel like i can now officially say this phrase: "to be gifted for a career but not be able to do it, that is what a saint is. to only be allowed to share the knowledge in which he possess gives him even greater pleasure than doing it." do you agree with it? even though i'm so good at this game, do you think i should play it? to use my asian skills for this? i feel too sad and mad to think about this. and i thought that i needed to share this story to people of the GG community. and here are links to my new friend Overmind's bnet profile http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/profile/2455827/1/Overmind/ and my jap friend's profile http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/profile/1969746/1/CrBArmadawn/ i wonder if anyone will read this. | ||||||||||||||||||

my friend has this app on his i-pod that says when SC2 comes out. a couple days ago it was going to come out in like 5 months then suddenly the next day it turned to 9 months. when will it really come out!!!! | ||||||||||||||||||

so the overlord is suppose to help keep my mutalisks together right? thanks for the tips people. i saw in a replay that you can micro with a protoss scout in air to air combat. is it the same way as the mutalisk? | ||||||||||||||||||
