Well if you're interested in joinig the clan you have to go to the website: www.blackdragonclan.eu and register an account.
After that, read and understand the rules and apply for membership.
It would also be good if you got yourself an MSN account coz ICQ is not overrepresented in the clan, just to make things easier.
