There is advantage. According to the rules, "2.4.2 The grand final is a best of five (bo5). That means: The two opposing teams play against each other until one team has three wins. The first game of the match however gets counted as a default win for the winner of the upper bracket."

I think it's fair to start from 0-0 in the Grand Final. TongFu's advantage is that they only had to win 3 games (Ice, Trust, Aeon) en route to the final, while WE had to win 4 (MSI, Trust, Duskbin, Aeon).
In addition, TongFu will enter the match well rested, having finished playing 2 games a little after midnight, while WE finished only at 4 am after 6 gruelling games.
