As most of you are most likely aware, the Christmas weekend is upon us. This is usually the one time of the year where families put aside their squabbles and come together in merrymaking for a couple of days. If however this year the arguments boil over and you need a place to spend your Christmas, PGTour has got you covered with the start of their new season.
Yesterday the ever popular PGTour finished their fifth season. Season VI will up and running in a couple of hours time; scheduled to be on the 24th December at midnight, eastern standard time. If you have some spare hours for StarCraft during the holiday weekend, try and get a good start in their new season.
PGTour are also nice enough to proved the community with a couple of presents for the holidays. Several changes regarding the grading system have been changed to their server, including the point band for the grade of D- and the 2v2 rating. If those little improvements are not enough, the map package for the season has also been released, this can be downloaded by following the link below.
I wish all the participants the best of luck with the upcoming season. I would also like to apologise for my cynicism regarding Christmas.
