mYm, eGe, SSV, and TmG. You may ask what do these four teams have in common? Well what they have in common is simple, mutligaming teams. All of which include a Brood War squad. Well recently another team known for its multigaming abilities recently made a new Brood War squad.
The Team
Currently sponsoring games like WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne, Pain Killer, Counter-Strike 1.6 & Source, and Unreal Tournament 2004, Team Play.iT is an ideal home for a Brood War team. Known mainly for its WarCraft team Play.iT is climbing to the top of the WarCraft III Clan League. Currently 4-1, Play.iT has defeated other teams like mTw, MouseSports, fnatic, and Check6.
Managment:
The team's leader will consist of the two former leaders of SoL: rain and RauDo. Both have great leadership abilities and have helped SoL become of one of the best SC:BW teams in Europe.
Players:
sataNik
He's known as the best player in Greece and one of the best zergs outside of South Korea. He has been around ever since the game started and has shown his strength against many top players. He's was a veteran member in pG before the new managment was named and play under that tag for several years.
Zatoichi
One of the best players in Greece and a member of the national team. Along with sataNik they will be the main 2v2 team for Play.it.
Shaman
Has attened the World Cyber Games finals in the past few years representing his country. He's known as the best player in Romania and one of the top Terrans in Europe. His skill has been shown in the WGT ladder and his offline play in WCG and ECG.
Destroyer
Is considered to be one of the best players from the Czech Republic. He competed in WCG in 2003 and 2004 along with finishing well in many local LANs and tournaments.
StaR
Finished 1st place in WCG Italy 2005 and won a trip to Singapore to compete in the finals. In 2003, he was invited to compete in ECG in Paris, France. He can also safely be called one of the best from Italy.
Cloud
Finished 2nd right behind StaR in WCG this year in Italy. He's considered to be one of the best from his country and a member of the national team.
Vanilica
Recently, he finished 1st place at his WCG qualification for the second year in a row. Winning himself a trip to Singapore to play in the WCG finals. This past year he competed in ECG and lost to the well-known spanish player -=ALFA=- in some very close games.
Slider
A player most known for his impressive placing in several seasons of WGT. He's also one of the eight players left competing for Poland's WCG spot.
GreatZyneck
Also known as Polly - one of the best zerg users from Poland. He might be remembered from 2001 where he represented his country in the WCG finals. He's one of the remaining eight players left going for the spot in the WCG finals.
MysticJoey
One of the best players from the Polish B-Team. He was able to finish 1st place in the Polish 1v1 league against many of the best from his country.
Pako
Another veteran in the Polish community and is most known for his finishes in many local LANs and tournaments. In 2005, he was able to win the PG Challenge against several of the top gamers from Europe.
Play.iT will take team SoL's Clan League spot in WGTour's Clan League. Play.iT's members will also receive LAN support and hardware support thanks to the sponsors. Some of the better members will also be able to travel around the European world to compete in matches and other events.
